Better World has been chosen as one of just four organizations in the MENA region to take part in “The Strengthening Operational Capacity of Local and National NGOs for Better Response and Coordination During Humanitarian Crisis” project. This initiative is designed to bolster the efforts aimed at enhancing the capacity of local and national Non-Governmental Organizations.
As part of this esteemed project, during second week of January, five esteemed members of our organization’s board of management had the invaluable opportunity to participate in an intensive capacity-building training session held in the vibrant city of Amman, Jordan. This training was meticulously crafted to equip our board members with the necessary skills, knowledge, and strategic insights essential for navigating and effectively responding to humanitarian crises.
We are deeply grateful for this opportunity, recognizing the profound impact it will have on our organization’s ability to contribute meaningfully to humanitarian efforts within our region and beyond. We look forward to applying the invaluable lessons gleaned from this enriching experience as we continue our unwavering commitment to serving our communities and fostering positive change.
