Hate Speech Lexicon Project

The project was about hate speech validation through social media, we worked on a research all over Iraq about collecting those words and phrases that cause hatred and troubles among people in the society whether they are on nationalities, religions, tribes, parties and whatsoever bases.

A questionnaire was spread in all Iraq. Many words were written in that questionnaire, the ones which are used more in our contexts and our society were chosen and discussed in two focous group discussions held for people who work in media and are active in the siciety.
