Operations Manager
Payman Jameel Hassan is a member of the Executive Management Team of the Better World Organization for Community Development (BWOCD) and serves as Operations Manager. She graduated from the Department of Finance and Banking at the University of Duhok and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Payman has five years of experience in financial management and three years of experience in operations management, during which she oversees the Finance, Logistics and Procurement, and Human Resources departments. In addition to her core responsibilities, she undertakes internal audit–related tasks to strengthen internal controls, compliance, and accountability, and plays a key role in developing and improving organizational policies, procedures, and operational systems.
