Country Director, VNG International – Iraq Office
Rawshan Abdulsalam Alatroshi is a governance and development expert with extensive experience in sustainability, public services, local governance, and institutional development. She currently serves as Country Director of VNG International in Iraq, where she has managed major governance and development programs, including MASAR, LOGOREP, and later SDLG.
Her professional background includes long-standing work with international organizations and associations, including the U.S. Embassy, UNDP, and others. She holds an MBA from the International Business School of Scandinavia, a Diploma in Business Management from Robert Kennedy College, a Diploma in Values of Leadership from DePaul University, and a bachelor’s degree in English Language from the University of Mosul.
