Frederique Veldhuis is a leadership development facilitator and advisor focused on systemic change, ethical leadership, and human-centered innovation. Through her work at The Next Lab, she supports public institutions and cross-sector initiatives in navigating complex transitions, including digital transformation and AI. She designs reflective leadership processes with a strong emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and equitable participation. Frederique is also involved with Mozambique Women of Energy, contributing to empowering women in the energy transition through leadership development and network building. Her work connects global challenges with inclusive, locally grounded solutions.
