The organization focuses on women through projects that ensure protection and empowerment for them.
About the Project:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Resin Trainer to lead a 6-day Vocational Training, with 3 hours of training each day. The trainer will be responsible for teaching participants how to create craft projects using resin epoxy, managing the day-to-day parts of the training, and providing a report upon completion (in English). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in resin art, communication skills, and experience in leading trainings or workshops.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct 3-hour daily training sessions over the course of 6 days, in which the trainer will be teaching participants how to create various craft projects using resin epoxy.
- Provide guidance on the use of tools, materials, and resin products, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
- Create different resin art techniques, such as molding, casting, embedding objects, and creating various finishes.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit the skill levels of participants, ensuring all attendees can complete projects successfully.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, and maintain attendance records and monitor participants’ progress throughout the course.
- Collect feedback from participants at the end of the training to assess the success and areas for improvement of the program.
- Write a detailed report summarizing the training outcomes, including the skills acquired by participants, challenges faced, and recommendations for future programs.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in resin epoxy art, including techniques like molding, casting, and embedding objects.
- Strong teaching or training skills, with the ability to adapt methods to suit different skill levels.
- Knowledge of safety protocols for handling resin and related materials.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage sessions and track progress.
- Previous experience conducting workshops or hands-on training in crafts or arts.
- Ability to collect feedback and prepare detailed training reports.
